This clock is accurate and can be used for deadlines. Some managers send in orders as soon as the deadline begins so seconds can be crucial. If you click on the clock-face, it changes to a digital clock.
Canada = 9.00 AM (morning)
Malaysia = 8.00 PM (evening)
UK = 1.00 PM (afternoon)
Netherlands & France = 2.00 PM (afternoon)
And end at :
12.00 Midnight in Canada on Wed.
I see little advantage in making separate times for the deadlines to end so they will end at midnight in my country.
The opening times are arranged to give managers in all time zones a reasonable chance to be awake when the deadline opens. I know that some of you are very alert and send in transfer bids within the first minute of the window opening.
Bids will be treated on a "first come = first served" basis. I will always try to inform managers of unsuccessful bids so that they can bid for different players before the deadline closes.
Here are the formats you should use when signing/releasing players. These are also on the Rules page but I thought it might make it easier if they were here too.
Sign player (Sn)
Maximum contract length for player signed from 'Free Players' is 5 years.
Sn xxx (n = contract length, xxx = player number)
Example:
This is the format you should use for promoting from Youth teams:
Example:
The bid amount is up to you but 0.4 is the minimum bid.
Renew players contract (Rn)
Cut player from roster(CT)
Contracts can only be renewed for a maximum of 2 years.
Rn xxx (n = contract length, xxx = player number)
CT xxx (xxx = player number)
S3 106 (meaning - sign player #106 with a 3 year contract)
R1 44 (meaning - to renew the contract of player #44 for 1 year)
CT 215 (meaning - to release player #215 from your team roster)
Youth Promotion Formats
Pink People FC promotes #173 John Smith from Jedi Elite. BID=0.4
All players promoted from Youth teams will have a 3 year contract so there is no need to specify contract length.
My thanks to Anthony Pranata for use of the clock. Anthony's Clock Page
